Ivory Beauty LLC operates Auto1Benefits.com (“Auto1Benefits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Auto1Benefits.com, our information-request services, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Auto1Benefits provides general consumer information concerning automobiles, auto coverage, insurance-related concepts, savings opportunities, driver topics, and related products or services. Ivory Beauty LLC and Auto1Benefits are not insurance companies, insurance agencies, brokers, or licensed insurance producers. We do not issue, underwrite, sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance coverage and do not make insurer underwriting, eligibility, coverage, or rate decisions.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell insurance or a guarantee of insurance availability, savings, price, eligibility, approval, or coverage. Any insurance product, quote, recommendation, policy, or coverage decision must be provided by an appropriately licensed insurance entity or producer.

2. Registration and information requests

You may register or request information by providing accurate contact, address, and vehicle-type information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is current and belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it. The Services are intended for adults age 18 or older.

No payment information, Social Security number, driver's-license number, or date of birth is required through our standard registration form. Submitting a request does not constitute an insurance application and does not create or bind coverage.

3. SMS program terms

The Auto1Benefits SMS program may include recurring marketing messages, auto coverage and insurance-related information, savings opportunities, promotional communications, request follow-up, customer-care communications, and account or service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in: SMS enrollment requires an affirmative choice through the SMS consent checkbox or another documented opt-in method. The checkbox on our registration form is unchecked by default and optional. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to submit or receive the requested auto information. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or otherwise have authority to consent for that number. You also consent to our use of an electronic record to document your opt-in.

Automated technology: By opting in, you authorize Auto1Benefits / Ivory Beauty LLC to send messages using automated technology or messaging systems as permitted by applicable law.

Opt-out: You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to an Auto1Benefits text for the fastest automated opt-out. You may also submit a request through our Opt Out page or email support@auto1benefits.com. We honor reasonable revocation requests in accordance with applicable law. A one-time confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use service providers as necessary to operate messaging, hosting, customer support, security, or requested services, subject to our Privacy Notice.

4. Email communications

When you submit a registration, information request, or support request, we may send email reasonably related to that request, including acknowledgements, follow-up information, customer-care communications, account/service updates, and other communications permitted by law. Promotional email may include an unsubscribe method, and you may also contact support to request that promotional email stop.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or Services to violate any law, interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or misuse the Services in a way that harms us, our users, or third parties.

6. Informational and insurance disclaimer

Content on Auto1Benefits is general information only. It is not insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance professional or other qualified adviser. Coverage terms and legal requirements vary by carrier and jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, particular savings, availability, eligibility, pricing, or suitability for a specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivory Beauty LLC and Auto1Benefits will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party services and information

The site may refer to third-party products, services, resources, or information. We do not control third parties' independent pricing, eligibility, underwriting, coverage, or service decisions and do not guarantee third-party products or services.

9. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms as our practices or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
